We understand that your laser machine can be a big part of your business and if it goes down this can set your workload back or even stop production. That's why we want to work with you in order to get your machine back up and running as soon as possible.
If you are in need of an urgent site visit to diagnose / repair your machine please call or send a description of your issue along with your postcode via our Contact Us Form and we will be able to provide you with a quotation for a site visit and the earliest date available for an engineer to attend.
For a cost effective alternative we offer online and over the phone technical support so there is no need to wait for an engineer to visit.
If you would like to discuss your technical issue over the phone beforehand we will do our best to advise on the time we think you would need to resolve your issue remotely and any full 1hr time slot not used will be refunded, so rest assure we will do our best to provide a reliable and fair service.
Technical support can be purchased in 1hr increments for £30 via our secure online shop.
