Here at Focused Laser Systems we pride ourselves in our customer and laser community support, so if you need an urgent call-out, help with an issue, some advise about replacement parts, some cutting issues, or maybe it's what type of lens you need then get in touch - we are always happy to help.

We can also help if you're looking to buy a new or second hand co2 laser machine and don't know which would best suit your needs.

Your laser machine can be a big part of your business and if it goes down this can set your workload back or even stop production and that's why we want to work with you to get your machine back up and running as soon as possible.

If you are in need of an urgent site visit to diagnose / repair your machine please call or send a description of your issue along with your postcode via our contact us form and we will be able to provide you with a quotation for a site visit and the earliest date available for an engineer to attend.

For a cost effective alternative we offer online and over the phone technical support so there is no need to wait for an engineer visit to start the diagnosis process.

If you would like to discuss your technical issue over the phone beforehand we will do our best to advise on what we believe to be the issue based upon what is discussed, and the information provided at the time. If it is determined that your issue can be resolved remotely then we will always do our best to estimate the time I could take, and any full 1hr time slot not used will be refunded, so rest assured we will do our best to provide a reliable and fair service.
