Maintaining your CO2 laser system through regular servicing is crucial for ensuring its longevity and optimal performance. Regular servicing helps identify potential issues before they become significant problems, saving you time and money in the long run.

  • We will also try to diagnose/resolve the issue prior to visiting. Whether that be over the phone, video call or via remote computer control. 

    If a visit is required by one of our engineers, we will most likely be able to identify the problem and source any replacement parts or advice accordingly, so we can resolve the issue in one visit.

  • Depending on the job required. 

    A typical service typically takes around 120 minutes. Whereas a fault finding repair could take up to 4 hours +

    Every job has its own unique points to cover, but we always aim to complete our work effectively and efficiently.

  • We are able to provide a wide range of spare parts for your laser machine. Everything from replacement laser tubes, to optics, new mirrors, and honeycomb laser beds. 

     The majority of our spare parts come with a 12 month warranty. 

    We’re also able to provide installation.

  • You sure can! If you have sourced the replacement parts required already then great, we would be happy to fit these for you. However, as these laser machine parts wouldn't be supplied by ourselves, we would be unable to provide you with a warranty.

  • We provide laser machine repairs and annual servicing across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

  • All of our repair work is guaranteed, and any parts supplied and fitted by one of our engineers is under warranty. The majority of our laser machine spare parts come with a 12 month warranty. 

  • We service 99% of co2 laser machines. A wide range of laser brands, and everything from small desktop laser machines to large format laser cutters.

  • A classic sign your laser tube might need replacing is over time you’ll find you have to increase the power levels or slow your machine speed down to achieve the same results when cutting, marking and engraving.

    Our engineers are equipped with wattage testers, and before we replace any laser tube, if possible, we will wattage test your current laser tube to show you what wattage remains in your tube. 

    We can then determine if you do in fact need a replacement laser tube or not, so you can have peace of mind knowing you are investing your money into your machine, rather than wasting it.

  • Each circumstance and machine are different, and before we take on a job, if there are options where a repair might not be possible then this would have been discussed upfront. 

    In the unlikely event that we can not repair your laser machine, we will do all that we can to get the best outcome possible for you at the time.
